I took a stress, relaxation and meditation class yesterday. I really focused on the mantras and being in tune with my breathing. WOW what a great experience. I cant wait until the next session next month. Everything stressful left me for those two hours. It is something everyone needs to experience, and really want to immerse yourself in. If everyone could practice a form of meditation once a day, we would live a more relaxed life.sigh. we are surrounded by stress, we need to breathe and stop!

It’s time to revitaluze the mind - taking a yoga/meditation class Saturday - body- added a weight loss coach app to my phone, tracking food and exercise - and spirit- trying to release the nrgative energies that I may hide in the back of my head … life is way to short…. who’s on board? More to come!
How many of us stop to see or hear the beauty in our lives…
Just read something interesting….we are so engulfed in our electronics that we never look up anymore. Take the time when you’re around a crowd to see how many people look up at you. We still need the sunlight, to see the stars and to see a smile. When will you stop to notice the miracle of the day if you’re constantly looking down at your phone (except to read this of course ;-) )
